Designing a base for my porcelain ceiling lights.

I’ve struggled a lot to come up with a solution for the base of these lights. When fitting a bulb into most common lighting, there is access through the bottom of the shade where you can easily screw the bulb into the socket. My porcelain lights don’t have a hole at the bottom so I would need the socket to easily clip on to the ceramic, I have thought of many options including creating little holes in the base of the ceramic so I could screw the base on tightly but because the porcelain is very delicate I’ve broken many attempting to do this.

My solution is to use a similar method to the base of my table lights, I will use very strong glue to attach the base of the socket to the ceramic and then use magnets the secure the top of the socket which will hold the bulb and allow the lights to hang.
