I developed this form from the previous ‘Cornel’ I decided to add a flat edge to take in consideration where to insert the LED lighting.
It’s still within the CNC guideline of having 70mm in height. I was able to use the same mould as ‘Cornel’ as I was slip casting with White StThomas earthenware, therefore it wouldn’t stain the mould and transfer on to the porcelain I’d be using it with.
I would only leave the earthenware slip in for 7 minutes as I didn’t want the piece to be heavy.
