Siteless exhibition – Growth and destruction

I went to the park to photograph my plaster forms so it would help people visualize them in and organic environment they can then start to relate the forms with their inspiration.

While I was at the park I thought the forms fit well into their environment but the colour stood out in the current autumnal palette, this made me want to experiment with colour and possibly other materials. I recently had a vinamold induction so I created a cast from one of the smaller pieces and made a wax mold, I decided to make this cast whole so it would be stronger and durable.

The green colour of the wax helped the form appear natural in the organic environment but i realized the main focus is on the form so I should stick with the original white canvas.
